Hello Guys!!
My name is Kashif. I am a storyteller, Rider, a photographer, digital and technical geek, social entrepreneur, and a solo traveller. But in my heart, I’m just a guy who loves to travel and deal with dynamic situations on the journey. I love Racing cars, bikes or anything that is fast enough to blow my mind, I love speed but at calculated risk.
I am born in India but brought up in Saudi Arabia. After my tenth standard, I left Saudi Arabia. Later I came to India for my further studies and for my future. My bachelor’s degree is from Gujarat. My MBA is from Andra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
I love to travel. I plan very little and just hit the road to the destination. I like to explore options and I love animals. I have many pets at home.
I have travelled a lot and been to many places like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Iraq, Iran, China, Hong Kong, Qatar and I have a lot to share with you guys since I have this platform to share with you all my stories and tips as well and of course experiences of those journeys. So stay tuned……..
My journey
I grew up in a broad-minded Indian family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It’s a beautiful place with lovely people and great hospitality culture. My father always taught me to be independent and confident. I was raised like that. I wanted to do things by myself and travel alone anywhere by taking my own decisions and work out every situation confidently. I was the only son in the family and I have three sisters who are extremely helpful to me.
I finished my secondary education in International Indian School, Riyadh. I decided to leave K.S.A for further studies & landed in Goregaon, Mumbai and finished my higher secondary education. I decided to explore vibrant Gujarat and decided to pursue my B.Com graduation degree from Gujarat. I also completed my Diploma in NIIT and a Diploma in marketing management from Ahmedabad Management Association.
The memories are still fresh when I got my first job offer when I completed my diploma in marketing management. HSBC hired me for customer care executive in Hyderabad hired me for the post and I decided to move to Hyderabad I was performing very good on the job but destiny had something else for me. My father was working in Saudi Arabia. He asked me to come back to Saudi Arabia for a job after my graduation.
I could not stay in Saudi Arabia for long as I was keen to do my MBA. Since finding no good opportunities in Saudi Arabia I came back to India. pursued my MBA in marketing thinking then I will return to Saudi Arabia. I completed my MBA with flying colours got recognitions and opportunities for paper presentations at all India level and a lot of appreciations from my professors at my college as a bright student. After completing my MBA I did many jobs and still, my dreams were to see the world and explore and meet new people and make friends.
I never liked a boss over me and a 9-5 job. In Hyderabad I got a business offer to join a travel agency as a partner which was fabulous as I was looking for that opportunity. I said yes to the opportunity and I learned a lot in that business too along with lots of travelling.
I always wanted to work on my rules and my time. After gaining experience I started my own travel agency. Due to the recession, it didn’t do well but it taught me many things about the business.
Then I went back to Saudi Arabia. This time it was not the same as I had left Saudi Arabia. I was looking for a decent job in Saudi Arabia.
So I had to come back to India and started all over. I then joined a networking company and I excelled in that and soon I had a good network and started earning from it and on the side, I would take up freelancer jobs of technical skills.
I am also a foodie. I love to try new recipes, I am a cook myself with a passion for cooking. I wanted to share all the stories of the places I have visited and will visit in future. This is the reason I have come on this platform to share with you all my stories and journeys. I have completed and share my experiences. I will also share with you guys some lifestyle hacks and I would also share with you technical stuff that I come across and would love to tell you guys about it.
